I was born and raised on a farm in Michigan near the beautiful shore of Lake Michigan.  I received my Bachelor of Arts in Education from Central Michigan University in 1989.  I have been teaching a variety of subjects, the majority of which has been middle school math, for the last 27 years.  I do LOVE math!  In my free time I enjoy a good cup of coffee, reading, baking and singing karaoke!
